Hurdling Scotland

The next Hurdling Scotland session, in association with Scottish Athletics, is on SUNDAY 1st APRIL 1-4pm

It is expected that the session will look at Hurdling outdoors for the Sprint Hurdles (more than 5 hurdles – summer is just round the corner); and if weather is too bad runs inside; the 400m Hurdlers will be running over 8/6/5/5 hurdles (to be confirmed); session will as always look at drills and a dynamic warm up…

Scottish Athletics have booked Pitrevie so no attendance fee for athletes, and we would like to encourage as many coaches as possible to attend.

Brian Winning will also be looking to do either a small discussion or hand out a questionnaire on how we take forward Hurdling Scotland next Winter and what you as coaches and athletes are looking for …. Details to follow.

Full Session details will appear on Hurdling Scotland web and Facebook Pages
