THE GLASGOW ENDURANCE SESSIONS entered their twelth year in 2013.
The successful training sessions were established in 2001 to encourage athletes of a similar standard to train together in simple endurance sessions. They are open to all endurance athletes male and female aged 13 and over who wish to take part in some quality training. Sessions are designed around simple endurance sessions that cater for all athletes. The venues, times and course descriptions are shown below. Coaches will be present to lead sessions but personal coaches of athletes are also encouraged to attend to lend support. Last year, the endurance sessions attracted over 40 athletes per session. If you would like to rub shoulders with some of Scotland's best and most talented athletes or just fancy a bit of company on that Saturday morning endurance session then come along and try a session out. Athletes of all levels are catered for.
More information will be available on this website and updates for each session will also appear on the SAL and Unofficial SAL Forum websites including each session’s details in the week leading up to the session.
