The GAA will be sending a representative Team to the Belgian Cross on 18th December 2011. The Team will depart on Friday 17 December.
Selections will be made subject to athletes satisfying the following Criteria.

Athletes must have attended the Glasgow Athletics Association Endurance Sessions; 2011/12. Participation in the 2010/11 Sessions will be reviewed.

Athletes are expected to compete in the following Cross-country Races and show form in these races.

08/10 - District Cross-country - Coatbridge

22/10 - National Cross-country Relay Championships - Cumberland

05/11 - National 4K Cross-country Championships - Bellahouston Park, Glasgow.

Athletes not competing in these Championships may not be considered for selection.
Other factors which will be taking into consideration when selection are made;

Membership of a Glasgow Athletics Association Athletics Club

Current Full Time Resident in Glasgow
The Team will be selected on 05th November 2011 immediately after the National 4K cross-country Championships and athletes informed immediately after the selection meeting.
