Following on from the first successful Javelin Workshop which was attended by seven coaches and twenty two athletes.

The 2nd JAVELIN PLAN SESSION WORKSHOP WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY 26th FEBRUARY AT SCOTSTOUN STADIUM from 11am through to 4pm.
(Please bring your own lunch)

This session will be held entirely indoors due to the track infield being closed for repair for at least two months maybe longer.
Javelin throwing will be done into the purpose built throwing nets.
Please remind athletes to bring their Javelin Spikes if they possess a pair.

PLEASE CAN YOU LET ROBERT KNOW IF YOU ARE ABLE OR UNABLE TO ATTEND AS SOON AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

If you intend to bring athletes with you can you please notify of how many, names, date of birth, club and personal best if they have one ?
If you cannot make it but athletes you assist will be coming along can you let me know all of the above. All Coaches welcome. Athletes from
U/11 age groups upwards.

We would like as many coaches to accompany their athletes to the workshop but this is not essential but is preferable.

WE WILL BE HIRING A ROOM FOR USE FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR POSSIBLY TWO DEPENDING ON YOUR RESPONSE.

We plan to do SOME videoing of SOME of the athletes throwing at this session. We can only film those athletes that have written consent from either a parent or guardian. I will send out a copy of the form that was handed out to all athletes at the first session on this will be a section on consent for videoing.
