The winter endurance sessions have been so popular in recent years we thought we would extend them into the summer season.
The GAA will be putting on a small number of sessions on the road in the early part of the summer.
We are looking to gauge interest with the vision of making this a regular part of the GAA calendar.
The dates are as follows:
Saturday morning sessions at Glasgow Green
6 April - up to 8 x 2.30mins with 2min recovery
18 May - up to 8 x 3mins with 2min recovery
15 June - 10 min tempo; 6 x 90 sec with 1 min recovery 10 min tempo
Meet behind the People’s Palace on the river side at the cross roads marked with a circle.
*Coaches and Athletes are reminded that the sessions are designed to bring athletes and coaches together in shared training sessions.
