ENDURANCE SESSIONS

We pride ourselves in bringing the community together.
Unfortunately due to the current social distancing directives set out by the Scottish Government we can't do this in our normal manner.
While the Winter Endurance Sessions are suspended until further notice, we still encourage our endurance community to get out and be active at this difficult time.
We've detailed out a couple of sessions below to keep you on track when you're going it alone.

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING SESSIONS

Winter 2020/21

Suggested individual session as part of a solo park circuit or during a road/pavement run

Session 1

 5 TO 6 X 3 MINS WITH 90 SECS RECOVERY

Session 2

10 MIN TEMPO;
6 X 90 SECS WITH 1 MIN RECOVERY;
10 MIN TEMPO
