SUMMER ENDURANCE SESSIONS

Our endurance sessions bring athletes and coaches together in shared training sessions in Glasgow.


This year's sessions will be based on the road with a focus on improving performance over 5K and 10K. 

Athletes: 

Open to athletes in the U17 age group (and above)

Meeting point:

River side of the People's Palace Greenhouse - Glasgow Green

Start time:

All sessions will start at 10.30am sharp.

Athletes - please arrive warmed up and ready to go.
