WINTER ENDURANCE SESSIONS

Bringing athletes and coaches together in shared training sessions in Glasgow

Athletes:

For athletes in the U15 cross country age group (and above) 


Time:

All sessions will start at 10.30am sharp.

Please arrive warmed up and ready to go.

Bellahouston Park (meet near the pitch & putt)

4-6 x 3 mins with 2 mins recovery 

11/11/23

Pollok Park (meet at Netherpollok playing fields)

5-10 min tempo 10 x 1 min with 1 min recovery, 5-10 min tempo 

16/12/23

Tollcross (meet near the park run finish)

4-8 x 4 mins with 2 mins recovery 

28/12/23

6-10 x 3 mins with 1 min recovery
